How We Work
Almerico started undertaking building insurance repair work over 20 years ago and have constantly developed our systems, processes and personal development of all staff to achieve the highest possible level of Client and Policyholder satisfaction. We are passionate about what we do and have developed a team of experienced people both in the office and the field who are proud of what we deliver.
Almerico will strive to progress all claims as promptly as possible, liaising and taking a lead with all involved parties when required, to ensure claims are managed and completed as efficiently as possible. This is achieved in part by assigning each claim to a dedicated pairing of a Field based Contract Manager with an office based Project Administrator who have ownership from the initial call to completion and final account. We have found this to be the most effective and straightforward way of keeping policyholders up to date with the progress of their claim, whilst also updating client portals.
To assist managing claims in the most efficient and thorough way, we have developed our own Project Management software, COGS. There can be a huge amount of information required to carry out insurance repairs succesfully and COGS has been written from scratch to encompass every aspect of the repair from dates, material choices and policyholder communications to measuring client SLAs and portal updates so all parties can easily see what's happening next, as well as a full history of the claim and full financial information. With it's automated task system and SLA dashboard it is the perfect tool to assist running claims.
Almerico’s experience and training enables us to manage our claims professionally and promptly, being able to provide accurate, relevant information where client decisions are required and seek alternative solutions to repair issues that may arise through an honest, transparent and direct approach. We are pleased to have been recognised by our clients for these accomplishments by being nominated Supplier of the Year, Regional Supplier of the Year and ‘Gold’ grade supplier by different clients within the past couple of years.
We have offices in Hull and Leeds to cover all HU, YO, DN, WF, LS and HG post codes, with local directly employed staff.
